- Sesame Seed Brioche Burger Buns
- Beef Burger Patty
- Fried Egg
- Monterey Jack Cheese
- Bacon
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Salt & Pepper
Tips
1. Prep the Buns
Slice the sesame brioche buns.
Lightly toast in a skillet or toaster for structure and flavor.
Set aside.
2. Cook the Bacon
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy.
Transfer to a paper towel to drain.
3. Cook the Beef Patty
Season the beef burger patty with salt and pepper.
Cook in a hot skillet or on a grill, about 3–4 minutes per side depending on thickness.
In the last minute of cooking, top with Monterey Jack cheese and cover to melt.
4. Fry the Egg
In a clean pan, melt a small amount of butter or oil.
Crack in the egg and cook over‑easy or sunny‑side‑up, keeping the yolk runny for best effect.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
5. Prep the Fresh Veggies
Rinse and dry the lettuce.
Slice the tomato into thick rounds.
6. Assemble the Burger
Bottom bun → add lettuce.
Add tomato slices.
Place the cheese‑melted beef patty on top.
Add the crispy bacon.
Gently place the fried egg on top of the bacon.
Finish with the top bun, pressing lightly to let the yolk ooze just a bit.

Perfect with fries, hash browns, or a light side salad.
Add caramelized onions or hot sauce for extra depth.
For a smoky twist, swap Monterey Jack for pepper jack.
