Tips
1. Slice the Brioche
Cut the Chocolate Brioche Swirl Cake in half lengthwise, creating a top and bottom layer.
2. Add the Strawberry Jam
Spread an even layer of strawberry jam over the entire cut surface of the bottom half.
3. Layer the Raspberries
Scatter fresh raspberries across the jam, covering the surface generously.
4. Add the Whipped Cream
Spread or pipe a thick layer of whipped cream over the raspberries.
