Tips
1. Toast the Brioche
Lightly toast the cranberry‑orange brioche slices to enhance their aroma and give structure to the sandwich.
2. Prepare the Avocado
Mash the avocado in a small bowl with:
A pinch of salt,
A small squeeze of lemon juice,
This keeps it bright, fresh, and flavorful.
3. Assemble the Sandwich
Spread a layer of cranberry jelly on one slice of toasted brioche.
Spread the mashed avocado on the other slice.
Layer sliced turkey on top of the avocado.
Add sliced cheddar cheese.
Optional: add baby greens or a thin brush of Dijon mustard for extra depth.
