TROPICAL SALMON GLOW BURGER

Ingredients
- 1 Salmon burger patty
- 1-2 tbsp Mayo
- Handful of spinach
- 1/2 Avocado
- Mango relish (mango, onion, and lime juice)
Tips
1. Make the Mango Relish
In a bowl, combine the diced mango, onion, and a squeeze (or two) of fresh lime juice.
Mix well, taste, and adjust with more lime if needed.
Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare everything else — this makes the contrast with the warm salmon burger extra delicious.
2. Prepare the Avocado
Scoop the avocado into a small bowl.
Lightly mash with a fork until creamy but still a little chunky.
Spread the mashed avocado onto the base of the burger bun — this helps hold everything together and adds extra creaminess.
3. Cook the Salmon Burger
Cook your salmon burger patty according to package instructions or your preferred method (pan‑sear, bake, or grill).
Make sure it’s heated through and nicely browned on the outside.
4. Assemble the Burger
On the bun base with avocado, place a layer of fresh spinach.
Add the warm salmon burger patty.
Spread or dollop mayo on the top bun.
Spoon the chilled mango relish over the salmon.
Close the burger and press gently.
