STRAWBERRY CREAM BRIOCHE CAKE
-
25' minutes
Ingredients
- Strawberry Cream
- Fresh Strawberries
- Powdered Sugar
Tips
1. Toast the Brioche
Lightly toast the brioche slices until golden.
This gives structure to the cake and prevents sogginess once layered with cream.
2. Prepare the Strawberries
Slice the fresh strawberries.
If desired, toss lightly with a teaspoon of powdered sugar to draw out their juices.
3. Layer the Cake
Place a toasted brioche slice on the bottom of a loaf pan or serving tray.
Spread a layer of strawberry cream over it.
Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
Dust lightly with powdered sugar.
Repeat the layers (brioche → cream → strawberries → powdered sugar) until you reach the desired height.
4. Chill
Refrigerate the assembled cake for at least 1 hour to allow the cream to set.
This helps you cut clean, neat slices.
5. Finish & Serve
Right before serving, garnish with:
More fresh strawberries
A dusting of powdered sugar
Optional: strawberry syrup drizzle or fresh mint leaves for a bright finish
Slice and serve chilled.
