- Brioche Hot Dog Buns (Ref. 51495)
- Hot Dog Sausages
- Shredded Cabbage
- Diced Red Onion
- Relish / Diced Dill Pickle
- Mustard
- Crinkle Cut Potato Chips
- White Vinegar
- Mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper
Tips
1. Make the Coleslaw
In a bowl, mix together:
Shredded cabbage,
Diced red onion,
A splash of white vinegar,
A spoonful of mayonnaise,
Salt & pepper to taste,
Stir until the cabbage is well coated and creamy.
2. Cook the Hot Dogs
Cook your hot dog sausages using your preferred method:
Boiled,
Grilled,
Pan‑seared,
Grilling adds great flavor, especially with brioche.
3. Toast the Brioche Buns
Lightly toast the Brioche Hot Dog Buns (Ref. 51495) until golden and warm.
This helps the buns hold their shape under all the toppings.
4. Assemble the Hot Dogs
Place the hot dog sausage in the toasted brioche bun.
Add a generous scoop of coleslaw on top.
Spoon on some relish or diced dill pickle.
Drizzle with mustard.
5. Add Crunch
Serve with a side of crinkle‑cut potato chips — or add a few directly on top for extra crunch!
