PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients
- Eggs
- Milk
- Granulated Sugar
- Salt
- Vanilla Extract
- Peanut Butter
- Butter
- Maple Syrup
- Blueberry Jelly
Tips
1. Make the Custard
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together:
Eggs
Milk
Granulated sugar
Salt
Vanilla extract
Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
2. Coat the Bread
Dip each slice of bread into the custard, coating both sides well.
Let excess drip off to avoid soggy slices.
3. Cook the French Toast
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter.
Add the custard‑soaked bread.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and lightly crisp.
4. Plate & Add Toppings
Place the warm French toast onto serving plates.
Top with:
A pat of butter
A drizzle of maple syrup
A spoonful of peanut butter (it will melt beautifully)
A dollop or swirl of blueberry jelly
5. Serve
Enjoy immediately while warm, melty, and delicious!
