Ingredients
- Authentic Brioche Dinner Rolls
- Mortadella (Or Ham)
- Lettuce
- Cheddar Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Italian Seasoning
- Tomato Sauce
Tips
1. Prepare the Rolls
Slice the brioche dinner rolls in half. Lightly brush the cut sides with olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of Italian seasoning.
2. Layer the Sliders
On each bottom half:
Add a layer of mortadella (or ham)
Add lettuce
Top with cheddar cheese
Spoon a small amount of tomato sauce on top
Place the top half of the roll back on.
3. Serve Cold (Quick & Easy)
Enjoy the sliders as‑is for a fresh, simple option.
Warm Slider Option (Melted & Toasty)
If you’d like them warm:
Assemble the sliders fully.
Place them in a baking dish.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are lightly toasted.
Tips
These sliders work great for lunch boxes, parties, or quick snacks.
Warming them in the oven melts the cheddar and brings out the flavor of the brioche and Italian seasoning.
