Greek “Gyro” Lamb Sliders

Ingredients
- Authentic Brioche Dinner Rolls
- Lamb Slider Patties
- Sliced Red Onion
- Sliced Cucumber
- Tzatziki Sauce
Tips
1. Prepare the Rolls
Slice the brioche dinner rolls in half. Lightly toast them if you prefer extra texture.
2. Cook the Lamb Patties
Grill, pan‑sear, or bake the lamb slider patties until fully cooked and nicely browned on the outside.
3. Build the Sliders
On each bottom bun:
Spread a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce
Add a warm lamb slider patty
Top with sliced cucumber
Add sliced red onion
Place the top of the roll on and gently press.
4. Serve
Enjoy warm for the best flavor and texture.
