- Seared Tofu
Tips
This recipe of ours comes from a time before plant-based meat alternatives were widely available, but it's delicious all the same! If you can't get those veggies spiraled, shredded works too. You may be thinking that adding tofu onto this burger is unnecessary. Consider it a blank canvas- you can flavor the tofu however you please. And to top it off, searing the tofu gets it nice and crispy giving a nice crunch to each bite of this burger.
