FRESH GARDEN FETA HOT DOG

Ingredients

  • Asparagus
  • Red Onion (sliced, grilled, or caramelized)
  • Ketchup
  • Feta Cheese (crumbled)
  • Cherry Tomato (halved or roasted)
  • Cilantro
  • Jalapeño (sliced)

Tips

1. Prep & Char the Veggies

Toss asparagus and cherry tomatoes lightly in olive oil. Grill or roast until lightly charred and tender. Grill or caramelize the sliced red onions until soft and golden.

2. Toast the Bun

Lightly toast the brioche hot dog bun until crisp on the edges and warm inside. This helps the bun stand up to the toppings.
