1. Prepare the Brioche
Slice the brioche rolls in half horizontally
2. Fill with Whipped Cream
Spread or pipe a generous layer of whipped cream onto the bottom half of each roll.
3. Add the Strawberries
Top the whipped cream with chopped fresh strawberries.
4. Close & Serve
Place the top half of the brioche roll back on.
