CARAMELIZED APPLE MAPLE FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients

  • Maple Syrup
  • Roasted Apple
  • Butter

Tips

1. Prep the Brioche

Lightly toast the cinnamon raisin brioche slices. This enhances the flavor and helps the French toast hold its structure during cooking.

2. Make the Roasted Apples

Slice apples and place them on a baking tray.

Add a small pat of butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Roast at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, or until soft and lightly caramelized.

3. Cook the French Toast

Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter. Cook the toasted brioche slices for 1–2 minutes per side until warm and golden (since the brioche is already toasted, a quick butter‑kissed sear is all it needs).

4. Assemble

Place the warm brioche slices on a plate and top with a generous spoonful of roasted apples.

5. Finish

Drizzle with warm maple syrup. Optional: Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a classic, cozy twist.

6. Serve
