Tips
1. Prep the Brioche Buns
Lightly toast the brioche buns in a skillet or toaster.
While warm, rub the cut side with a halved garlic clove for subtle, aromatic flavor.
Set aside.
2. Cook the Beef Burger
Season your beef patty with salt and pepper if not pre-seasoned.
Cook in a skillet or on a grill until desired doneness.
Add the mozzarella during the last minute of cooking so it melts gently.
3. Prep the Fresh Toppings
Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Toss the arugula with a spoonful of mayo to create a creamy, peppery spread (or simply layer them separately if you prefer).
Warm your pesto slightly to make spreading easier.
4. Assemble the Burger
Spread a light layer of pesto on the bottom bun.
Add the arugula (or arugula-mayo mix).
Place the mozzarella‑topped beef burger patty on top.
Add the fresh cherry tomatoes.
Spread mayo on the top bun, close it up, and serve warm.
