BRAIDED MIXED BERRIES FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients

  • 4 - 5 Eggs
  • 1 – 1¼ Cup of Milk
  • Butter
  • Salt to Taste
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Sliced Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Maple Syrup
  • Mint (for Garnish)

Tips

1. Make the Custard

In a mixing bowl, whisk together: Eggs Milk Vanilla extract Salt to taste Whisk until smooth and fully combined.

2. Prepare the Brioche

Dip each slice of brioche into the custard, soaking until fully coated but not falling apart.

3. Cook the French Toast

Heat a skillet over medium‑high heat. Add enough butter to coat the pan. Cook each custard‑soaked brioche slice for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked to your preferred doneness. While the French toast cooks, slice the strawberries so they’re ready for topping.

4. Assemble

Stack 2–3 slices of French toast on a plate.

5. Add Toppings

Drizzle generously with maple syrup. Scatter fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the stack. Garnish with a small sprig of mint for a bright finish.

6. Serve

Serve warm and enjoy the combination of fluffy brioche, sweet berries, and fragrant vanilla‑cinnamon custard.
