Recipe
Make your batter by whisking your eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt together. Each slice of brioche gets soaked in the batter until thoroughly coated.
Set your stovetop to medium-high heat and grease a pan with enough butter to coat it. Once it's heated, cook your French toast for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness.
While your French toast is cooking, take the time to slice your bananas and walnuts.
Once your French toast is ready, let the slices cool for 1-2 minutes before for plating.

Plating
Stack 2-3 French toast slices, placing a few pieces of banana and a touch of caramel sauce between slices.
Top off your French toast stack with a good amount of caramel sauce, and a few more slices of banana.
Lastly, sprinkle your chopped walnuts on top and you’re ready to enjoy. If you really want to make the flavor pop, add a pinch of flaky sea salt on top for a salted caramel flavor.
