Are your products vegetarian-friendly?

Yes!  All of our products are vegetarian.  We even offer vegan products, which you can find here.


Can I store your products in the freezer?

While technically you can, we don’t recommend it.  Our products are frozen for shipment to maintain their quality.  Refreezing thawed products can negatively impact the flavor and texture.


Where can I find allergen information on your products?

We take food allergies very seriously, which is why we always stay up to date on compliance with the FDA’s allergy guidelines.  Please refer to the ‘Ingredients & Allergens’ section of product pages or the back of their packaging for up-to-date allergen information.  If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to contact us directly.


Are your products clean label / made with clean ingredients?

We always strive for the highest quality, and that includes using the best ingredients.  Nearly every product we offer is clean label; click here for our complete list of clean label products.


Do I need to cook/bake your products?

Aside from our Take & Bake bread, all of our products come ready to eat.  If you’d like to heat them up or toast them a bit, a few minutes in the oven at around 350°F should do the trick- just be sure to keep an eye on it!  For our Take & Bake bread, bake it at 400°F for 10 – 12 minutes.


Wait, so are your products made in Europe or the US?

In short, the answer is both!

We couldn’t call ourselves bakers if we didn’t bake- our team meticulously crafts recipes and baked goods like our brioches and bread in the US.  EuroClassic works with local wheat farmers so we can bring you pastry and bakery made right in the USA.

But we also believe in providing a truly authentic European experience with our products. That’s what inspired us to import items from Europe too.  For example, we receive some of our brioche from France, and our Cristal Bread from Spain.
