BLUEBERRY CREAM CHEESE BRIOCHE CAKE

Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese
  • Blueberries
  • Maple Syrup

Tips

1. Make the Cream Cheese Layer

In a bowl, whip the softened cream cheese with vanilla until smooth and spreadable.

3. Assemble the Cake

Grease a baking dish (9×13 or similar). Add half of the brioche loaf to create a bottom layer Drop spoonfuls of the whipped cream cheese across the bread. Scatter a generous layer of blueberries. Drizzle maple syrup over the top. Add the remaining brioche slices

4. Mix the Custard

Whisk together: Eggs Milk or half‑and‑half A pinch of salt 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup Pour this evenly over the assembled cake

5. Soak

Let the cake rest for 20–30 minutes to allow the custard to absorb.

6. Bake

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.

7. Finish & Serve

Top with: Fresh blueberries A warm drizzle of maple syrup Serve warm.
