CUBAN SLIDERS

Ingredients

  • Deli Ham
  • Thinly sliced swiss cheese
  • Dijon or yellow mustard
  • Mayonnaise

Tips

Prep the Rolls
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the bottom halves and mustard on the top halves.

Layer the Filling

Add a generous layer of deli ham to each roll. Top with thinly sliced Swiss cheese.

Assemble the Sliders

Place the top halves of the rolls back on and gently press them down.

Toast

Warm a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add a bit of butter or cooking spray.
Place the sliders on the hot surface.

Press While Toasting (Tip!)

Use a spatula to gently press each slider as it cooks—this mimics a traditional Cuban sandwich press, helps melt the cheese, and blends all the flavors together.

Flip and Finish

Once golden and warm on one side, flip and toast the other until the cheese is fully melted.

Serve Warm
