Tips

1. Optional: Marinate the Chicken for Extra Depth

If your roasted chicken isn’t already seasoned: In a bowl, toss the chicken with a splash of lime juice, a little minced garlic, and a drizzle of sriracha. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to soak in the flavor.

2. Prepare the Buns

Lightly toast the brioche buns to add texture and prevent them from getting soggy once assembled. Set aside.

3. Prep the Fresh Ingredients

Rinse and dry the lettuce. Slice the tomato into rounds. Rough‑chop the cilantro.

4. Build the Sandwich
