PUMPKIN FRENCH TOAST

- Eggs
- Milk
- Granulated Sugar
- Salt
- Vanilla Extract
- Ground Cinnamon
- Whipped Cream
- Maple Syrup
- Shaved Almonds
Tips
1. Make the Custard
In a mixing bowl, whisk together:
Eggs
Milk
Granulated sugar
Salt
Vanilla extract
Ground cinnamon
Whisk until smooth and well combined.
2. Coat the Bread
Dip each slice of bread into the custard mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
Allow a few seconds for the custard to absorb without oversaturating.
3. Cook the French Toast
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
Add the custard‑coated bread slices.
Brown on both sides, cooking 2–3 minutes per side until golden and slightly crisp.
4. Plate & Garnish
Place the warm French toast onto plates.
Top with:
A drizzle of maple syrup
A dollop of whipped cream
A sprinkle of shaved almonds for crunch
5. Serve
Enjoy immediately while warm and fluffy!
