Meatball Monster Sliders
-
20-30 minutes
Ingredients
- Authentic Brioche Slider Buns
- Ground Beef/Pork Mix
- Marinara Sauce
- Sliced Parmesan Cheese
- Pitted Black Olives
- Red Peppers
Tips
1. Make the Meatballs (Quick & Easy)
In a bowl, combine:
Ground beef/pork mixture
Salt & pepper
Diced onions
Breadcrumbs
Mix gently, form into small meatballs, and either:
Sear in a hot skillet until browned and cooked through, or
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 15–18 minutes
Once cooked, coat lightly with warm marinara sauce.
2. Prepare the Buns
Slice the brioche slider buns. Toast them if you want extra structure.
3. Assemble the Sliders
On the bottom bun:
Add a spoonful of marinara
Place a meatball on top
Add a slice of Parmesan cheese (cut into fun shapes, if decorating!)
Close the bun
4. Decorate (Optional — Monster Style!)
Cheese “teeth”:
Cut a zig‑zag pattern into the edge of a Parmesan cheese slice and tuck it under the meatball so it peeks out like teeth.
Olive “eyes”:
Stuff a small strip of red pepper into the center of a pitted black olive to create a pupil.
Use a toothpick or food-safe pick to attach two “eyes” to the top bun.
Your sliders will look like little monsters—perfect for parties or kids!
Tips
Mixing breadcrumbs, onion, salt, and pepper into the meat makes quick, flavorful meatballs.
Searing gives you deeper flavor, while baking keeps things easy for batch cooking.
The monster decorations add a fun, playful twist without changing the classic Italian flavors.
