- Vegan Brioche Style Buns (Ref. 21466)
- Spinach Hamburger Patty
- Feta Cheese
- Avocado
- Sprouts
- Olive Oil
Tips
1. Toast the Buns
Slice the vegan brioche buns in half.
Lightly brush the cut sides with olive oil.
Toast in a skillet or toaster until golden and slightly crisp.
2. Cook the Spinach Patty
Heat a small drizzle of olive oil in a skillet.
Cook the spinach hamburger patty according to package instructions, usually 3–4 minutes per side, until warmed through and lightly browned.
3. Prep the Toppings
Slice or mash the avocado.
Crumble the feta cheese.
Rinse and pat dry the sprouts.
4. Assemble the Burger
Place the warm spinach patty on the bottom toasted bun.
Add the avocado (spread or slices both work).
Sprinkle generously with feta cheese.
Add a handful of sprouts for freshness and crunch.
Place the top brioche bun on and enjoy.
Serving Suggestions
Pairs beautifully with sweet potato fries, a cucumber salad, or roasted veggies.
