Cookout Cheddar Sliders

Ingredients

  • Brioche Slider Buns (Ref. 58244)
  • Beef Slider Patties
  • Thin Sliced Cheddar Cheese
  • Sliced Watermelon

Tips

1. Prepare the Beef

If using ground beef:
Shape the meat into one large rectangle roughly the size of the pack of slider buns.
Grill or bake until cooked through.
If using pre‑formed slider patties:
Cook them on a grill or skillet until nicely browned and fully cooked.

2. Layer the Sliders

In a baking dish:
Place the bottom layer of brioche slider buns.
Add your large beef patty (or cooked slider patties arranged evenly).
Layer with thin slices of cheddar cheese.
Place the top slider buns on.

3. Melt & Warm

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly warmed.

4. Serve

Slice into individual sliders and serve with fresh watermelon slices for a bright, refreshing side.
